About us
Kingfisher Justice, set up by the Cox brothers Karl and Zac, was formed as a platform for all to stand together for freedom and to protect Mother Earth from exploitation.
Dr Karl Cox PhD is a University lecturer, Nature lover, has published many academic papers and is expert in many scientific matters including GMO’s, EMF’s etc.
Dr Zac Cox BDS LCPH is also a Nature lover, isn’t a University lecturer, hasn’t published any academic papers and loves helping people get well through natural means such as homeopathy and humour.
We have a small and dedicated team at Kingfisher Justice.
Kingfisher Justice recognises the Divinity of Mother Earth and ALL Life belonging to Earth’s evolutions, upon the Earth and within Her Waters and Her atmosphere.

We are standing by Dr Zac Cox’s ongoing legal challenge to the Deforestation of the New Forest National Park which threatens to permanently cut down an area equivalent in size to the City of Westminster. His case has reached the Court of Appeal and your support, love and prayers are welcomed for what has been a marathon of tenacity and dedication for justice for Mother Earth.
We also stand by Dr Zac Cox’s current challenge to the Online Safety Act 2023 which represents the biggest threat to freedom of speech in our lifetime.
We are supporting brave doctors who are being bullied for using and promoting natural medicines, including in their challenges to the regulators.

We supported the healthcare workers during their successful challenges against NHS Trusts trying to force them to have vaccinations or lose their jobs – the JobsnotJabs campaign.
We stood with Dr Zac Cox in his successful challenge to the government’s attempted handing over of power to the WHO via the IHR amendments in May 2022.
We stood by Zac Cox’s successful 2023 challenge to the government’s commencement of Deep Sea mining which threatened to kill all life in the Oceans – resulting in confirmation of a two year halt in mining.

One of our instructed lawyers of choice is Louisa Bagley LLB (Hons) of Celestial Chambers, with over 20 years of experience, Louisa has the passion, skills and knowledge to deal with difficult cases at the highest level with experience in Courts of all levels.
She has an aligned passion for cases involving the Environment and Animal welfare and fiercely fights for justice for all. Louisa has also lived for periods “off-grid” in the Spanish mountains traditionally farming organic olive and almond trees.

As well as defending rights regarding unreasonable lockdown regulations such as mask wearing, freedom to travel and even basic rights such as having a picnic in the park(!), some of the well known larger projects that our amazing team are involved in include Jobs not Jabs.

In May 2022 we successfully challenged the UK Government by filing for a judicial review on it’s support of the USA’s proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations. These amendments would have effectively given the WHO centralised power to instruct countries to Lockdown. This is a topic of vital importance for National Sovereignty, natural human rights and freedoms.
Now that new amendments are being proposed again in 2023 for the next WHA, perhaps there will be a need to challenge again- this is quite separate from the Pandemic Treaty which is also on the agenda of WHO. see below for more info. Naturally we intend to WIN and are working to prevent this happening and we need your help.
